Akwa Ibom State Association of Nigeria, LA Chapter USA (AKISAN) connects Akwa Ibom sons and daughters in the United States, preserves our culture, and builds strong bridges to our homeland. We are a community of professionals, families, students, and leaders committed to unity, service, and shared progress.
VISION
We are a non-profit organization that represents the interests of peoples of Akwa Ibom State (Nigeria) descent in the Los Angeles, California area.
MISSION
Our mission is to promote the unity, welfare, and progress of Akwa Ibom citizens at home and abroad, within the framework of a united Nigeria.
