The AKISAN LA Chapter organized a spectacular end-of-year gala bringing the entire community together to celebrate the year’s achievements and showcase the rich culture of Akwa Ibom State. The event saw members come out in full force — dressed beautifully in traditional Akwa Ibom attire alongside elegant formal wear.
The evening was filled with music, laughter, cultural displays, and heartfelt speeches from chapter leadership. It was a powerful reminder of what makes the Akwa Ibom community in Los Angeles special — our deep sense of togetherness, our pride in our heritage, and our commitment to keeping our culture alive far from home.
